Sotsugyousei Spring Scanlation
I don’t know if anyone will ever find this, or if there’s anyone even looking. If not, that’s fine, if there is, that’s also fine.
I’ve been scouring the internet to find the last chapters of Sotsugyousei (Sotsugyousei Spring, I think chapter 11-12). This is one of those rare series that’s really caught my attention and I was so sad to see that everyone on the internet had had their fill reading it a few years ago so all the links are now dead. I never managed to find it in English (after getting some less than helpful replies from Carfish), SO, I’ve taken it upon myself to do some translating. I’ve never done a scanlation before and my Japanese is fairly good but I get confused when people speak in non-standard speech so there are some blanks in the dialogue but it’s better than nothing.
I translated for myself but I’m willing to share, so if anyone wants it please message me! I have one chapter left to do atm.
I’m not gonna argue the ethics of uploading this, I know it’s licensed and I know it’s not fair to the author so it does make feel guilty already to share it. All I’ll say is that if I was in Japan right now and I wanted to read this I could probably go out and get it from a library if I was short on money, over here, I can’t.
Um, don’t see an ask spot on your page… I own the series but got so side tracked with scanning O.B that I forgot all about the missing chapters! Yes, please share what you have! What’s the scoop on the licensing? Are we close to getting a published copy or is the company just hoarding titles, potentially publishing the first book and never finishing? I buy both releases and typically don’t sweat the ethics part. But DANG there’s nothing more disappointing than a dropped series so close to the end! The existential angst is unbearable LOL.
